Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and boxes (such as sneaker boxes) are undamaged and included.

Drop Off or Collection

Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a pickup via our logistics partner.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
